在21世纪的今天,企业管理的自动化、数字化已成为企业发展的必然,而作为企业管理的中心———财务管理更是如此。财务管理的重要性、复杂性及其涉及范围的广泛性决定了财务管理工作在一个企业中不可动摇的重要地位。在旧的财务管理体制下,企业所做的财务决策和计划越来越需要来自企业内外各个环节的协调,而这种协调是基于全球经济信息化建设之上的。因此,加快财务管理体制创新的发展将成为下一个阶段我国信息化建设的重要任务,加速网络财务管理进程则是时代赋予我们的责任。然而我们应从哪些方面加速网络财务管理进程,也就是说网络财务管理的客观要求是什么的问题,应是当前我们研究网络财务发展的重要问题。
