HPLC测定保胎丸中芍药苷的含量

Determination Paeoniflorin in Baotai pills by HPLC

目的:为保胎丸拟定含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。HPLC条件为色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(12∶88)作为流动相;检测波长230nm。柱温30℃。结果:HPLC测定芍药苷在0.10200～1.12200μg呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.24%,RSD=1.45%。结论:该方法简便易行,重现性好,可用于保胎丸的质量控制。

Objective： To control the quality of Baotai pills. Methods： Determination content of Paeoniflorin in the preparation by HPLC. HPLC conditions for the column： Diamonsil C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） ; Mobile phase： acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （ 12 ： 88 ） and the detection wavelength is 230 nm. Temperature ： 30℃. Results： Determination results of paeoniflor in 0. 102 00 - 1. 122 00μg range is linear, with an average recovery rate of 97.24%, RSD = 1.45%. Conclusion： The method is simple, reproducible, can be used to control the quality of Baotai pills.
