On the Construction of Creative Team in Institutions of Higher Learning

随着科学技术的快速发展,创新团队建设越来越受到高校的重视,然而高校无论是在创新团队自身建设还是外部环境建设中都仍存在诸多问题。创新团队建设是一项复杂的系统工程,高校必须以汇聚学科队伍为基础、培育优秀学术带头人为核心、构建和谐人文环境为关键,才能促进其健康发展。

With the rapid development of science and technology, institutions of higher learning pay more and more attention to the construction of creative teams. However, there are still many problems in the self-construction and exterior environment of creative team in institutions of higher learning. Since the construction of creative team is a complicated systematic project, institutions of higher learning must base its construction on collecting contingent of disciplines as its basis, the cultivation of excellent academic leaders as its core, building harmonious humanistic environment as its key so as to propel its healthy development.
