新沂市高效农业规模化建设情况的调研与思考

An Investigation and Contemplation of Efficient Agricultural Construction of Xining

近年来,江苏省新沂市围绕农业增效、农民增收,把市场手段与高效服务相结合,以项目农业为突破口,按照"东部花木、南部水产、西部设施瓜菜、中部规模畜禽养殖"的发展思路,积极推进高效农业规模化,不仅有效地提升了农业农村经济发展水平,而且显著提高了农民收入,有力地加快了社会主义新农村建设的步伐。

Nowdays, Xin Yi City of Jiang Su Province begins to pay more attention to improve the efficiency in agricultural field and increase the income of farmers; also combines the means of market with efficient service. Meanwhile, the government come up with the agricultural progammes, which are regarded as breakthroughs; according to the developing idea of ＂flowers and trees in east area, fish and seafood feeding in South area, vegetables in west area and feeding animals with good scale in the middle part＂.They try their best to push the high-efficiency agriculture with good scale. As a result, It not only improve the developing level of agricultural countries＇ economics efficiently, but also obviously enrich the farmers＇ income. In a word, it improves the fast speed of building the socialism new country conspicuously.
