基于DEA模型的云南省新农村建设投融资绩效分析

The Performance Analysis of Investment Financing of New Countryside's Construction in Yunnan Province Based on DEA Mode

新农村建设投融资是一项庞大的系统工程,目前国内已有较多的研究成果。采用数据包络分析方法(简称DEA)对云南省新农村建设投融资绩效进行实证分析,具体研究了云南省16个地区投融资的相对利用效率、规模效益和改进潜力。通过分析,认为大多数地区的投融资是有效的,地理位置和资源丰富程度不同的地区投融资绩效不同。根据云南省的省情,提出了如何改善投融资绩效,以形成投融资长效机制的相关建议。

Investment financing of the construction of new countryside is a gigantic system engineering, now there is many researched results. By using data envelopment analysis method（abbreviation is DEA）, positively analyzed the performance analysis of investment financing of the construction of new countryside in Yunnan province; analyzed relative efficiency, return of scale , the limit of growth potential of the performance in sixteen districts. The conclusion is that the most areas＇ performance is effective, different geographical position and different resourceful districts have different performance. Based on conditions of Yunan province, put forwards some related suggestions about how to improve the performance which is formed the long-term mechanism of investment financing.
