通过分析国有企业经理人激励机制的不完善性,改善的必要性,以及引入期权机制的有效性,从四个方面,即:完善法律法规;完善资本市场;完善监管、中介机构;完善企业的法人治理结构,论述了西部国有企业激励机制改制的配套措施,建立有效的经理人市场。
The author, by analyzing incomplete encouragement system for managers in state owned enterprises, necessity for the reform, and effectiveness of actualizing stock option system, discusses related measures for the reform for encouragement system to construct effective market for managers from the four aspects: consummating laws and regulations, consummating capital market, consummating inspection and management organizations and intermediary organizations, and consummating management structure for managers in enterprises in the West.
