Industrial Cluster is the new development of industrial organization and the new phenomenon of regional economy. As the. concentration of industrial space, industrial clusters in the region is very competitive upgrade role. The article takes HUARONG COUNTY as an exemple and analysises industrial clusters on the competitiveness of the regional mechanism through theoretical and practical method, further expounds on the industrial cluster based on the regional competitiveness and the Government Industry Cluster＇s position.
