常规水稻种子行业竞争越来越激烈,在利润越来越低的情况下,种子企业只有把握市场、创新营销策略、做好经营,才能获得理想的经济效益。通过对常规种子的营销现状和品种更新换代、稳固营销网络、良好的售后服务和诚信策略几方面分析,提出了常规水稻种子的经销策略,为常规种子企业实施经营战略提供理论支撑和实践参考。
The competition of conventional rice seed industry is more and more intense. In the situation of. low profit, the enterprise could gain ideal economic efficiency only to grasp the market, create marketing strategy and improve the management. The marketing strategy for conventional rice seed sale was proposed involving seed renewal, sale network stabilization, excellent post-sale service, and honesty policy, to provide the theory support and the practice reference for conventional seed enterprise when implementing business strategy.
