微Cr对中锰球墨铸铁组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过加入微量合金元素Cr,研究了Cr对中锰球墨铸铁基体组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,Cr的加入提高了冷却速率,使石墨球化效果得到改善。而Cr的激冷倾向则对凝固过程产生影响,使马氏体组织更加细化、均匀。从实验数据可以看出,微Cr中锰球墨铸铁在力学性能和耐磨性能方面都要优于普通中锰球墨铸铁。 Effect of Cr on matrix structure and performance of ductile cast iron has been investigated by adding trace alloying element Cr. The results indicated that the cooling rate was increased with the addition of Cr, and the effect of graphite spheroidization was improved. While the chilling tendency of Cr effected the solidification process and made the martensitic structure more refining and homogeneous. The experimental data showed that ductile cast iron with trace chromium and medium manganese was superior to common ductile cast iron with medium manganese in mechanical performance and wear resistance.
