Generating the Test Pattern Under LINUX Environment

文章阐述测试图形生成器及其在LINUX下的运行。TPLProg是电子部支持的八五攻关课题，集成电路CAD／CAT工程之一的子项目。它运行于SUNSparc2的UNIX下，是为用户开发测试图形服务的一个集成开放式环境。LINUX是国际互联网上UNIX的仿制品。文章祥还TPLProg移植到LINUX的技术实现，从而论证建立”测试中转工作站“实现中小IC用户共享中高级测试设备的可能性。

The paper states a test pattern generator, TPLProg, and its operation in LINUX. TPLProg is an opening integrated environment for developing IC test pattern. Which was a sub-project of IC-CAD / CAT Engineering, supported by China Ministry of Electronics Industry.The original TPLProg runs under SUN SPARC2 UNIX.LINUX is an operation system, working on PC and modeled on UNIX, that can be freely getting from Internet. The paper states in detail the possibility of tralisplanting TPLProg to LINUX. The aim of this work is to establish' VLSI Test Relay Station', that the large,high quality but expensive IC test equipment resources could be shared by some IC users.
