实行铁路局直接管理站段的卦的管理体制以来，铁路货运站在发展现代物流的过程中面临着机遇和挑战。通过对铁路货运站内部优势与劣势，外部机遇与威胁的讨论，对机会、威胁、优势、劣势进行相互匹配，构造了SWOT矩阵，为制定相应的竞争战略提供依据。

Since the new management system of the railway bureau controls its stations directly, the railway freight terminals have faced both challenges and opportunities in the process of developing modern logistics. This paper,by discussing the advantages and disadvantages inside the freight terminals and chances and threats outside, by matching its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, puts forward a SWOT frame work, and thus to provide information for competitive strategies.
