摘要
辅导员职业与人文素质有着历史的、内在的、必然的联系,辅导员职业发展是职业主体关于职业素质、职业能力、职业品位、职业实绩和职业社会价值的综合性发展。在社会转型时期,应以人文的眼光客观、辩证地看待职业化、行政化、专门化、事业化等不同的辅导员职业发展形式,并选择适合辅导员自身实际的职业发展路子。倡导辅导员职业行为的人文渗透,是实现辅导员职业发展的重要途径。
The relationship between counselor career and humane quality is historic, inherent and natural. Career development is the comprehensive development of professional quality, professional ability, professional performance and professional social value to professional subject. During the transformation of Chinese society, counselors should have humanistic and dialectical view on professional, administrative, specialized, career - oriented form of career development and choose their own real career development path. An important way to counselor career development is advocating infiltrate human behavior into professional conduct.
