The students＇management in vocational colleges at the moment is still following the traditional four - year college students＇management way. There exist a lot of problems. Based on the view of scientific development, this paper, on one hand, describes the reality of present work, and on the other hand, puts forward ideas of how to enhance the scientificalness of the students＇ management in vocational colleges.
