自卑是一种消极的心态和不良的心理品德，自卑心理严重的人，并不一定是其本身具有某些缺陷与短处。而是不能悦纳自己，自惭形秽.重视和引导高职生排解心理障碍，培养健康心理素质是高职教育的重要任务。

Inferiority is a kind of negative attitude and passive morality. People who feel seriously inferior are not definitely those who really have some problems mentally or physically, but those who look down upon themselves and doubt their own ability. It is the vocational college＇s responsibility to train the students to be psyehologieally healthy and help them get rid of all kinds of psychological barriers.
