目前中国民营经济的90％以上都是家族企业，发展民营经济必须大力发展家族企业。中国下一轮经济发展的主力将是以家族企业为代表的民营经济。但在我国加入世贸组织，市场化进程加快并迅速向国际标准靠拢的形势下，如果仍然沿袭创业初期传统的家族产权制度、管理模式以及产业准入机制等等，显然已不适应。家族企业必须适时变革，乃是必由之路。本文以正泰集团为例，剖析了一个中国家族企业到企业家族革命给我们带来的启示。

The family firm must at the right moment transform, is the way that must be taken.
