摘要
在市场经济中诞生的契约化模块能在高校学生管理中显现其功效,而高校在现行运用之中有着认知上的差异。笔者认为:契约化管理与法律、校规校纪有着不同的认知层面,法律法规为第一层面,校规校纪为第二层面,契约化管理为第三层面,契约化管理是对校规校纪以外的管理形式的延伸或补充,是高校管理体制的一种内化形式。
The contract pattern,which was born in the market economy, has shown the effectiveness in the management of university students. However, colleges and universities have a cognitive difference in the current use of this pattern. The author believes that we shoutd have different cognitive levels in understanding the relationship between the contract management and the law,university disciplines and regulations. Moreover we need to consider laws as the first level,university disciplines and regulations as the secondary level, and the contract management as the third level. The contract management is the extension and complement to the forms of management besides university disciplines and regulations. It is also an internalized form of the university management system.
