摘要
人事用工分配制度改革已经开始在辽宁省烟草行业范围内逐步地推开,为了顺应改革的趋势和发展的需要,人事档案管理作为改革中的一项辅助性工作更需要与时俱进。在改革时期,认清人事档案管理的现状、理清人事改革与人事档案的关系、充分发挥人事档案的作用,已经成为确保此次改革能够平稳顺利进行的一项基础性工作。
Personnel labor and allocation system reform of tobacco industry in Liaoning province has already begun to spread gradually. In order to conform to the trend of reform and the need of developoment, pesronnel archive management as a supporting role has to ad- vance with the time. During this period~ to recognize the status of pesronnel archive, to clear the relationship between this reform and pesronnel archive and to play the role of personnel archive has become a basic job which can keep this reform going smoothly.
