我国基层央行金融监管中存在的问题及对策

随着我国加入WTO及全球经济一体化，中央银行金融监管的形式和内容也在不断变化，目的在于提高金融监管的效率和质量。而基层央行的金融监管的整体效果较差，并存在低效率、无效率监管问题。为此文章从我国基层央行金融监管现状与存在的问题，一方面提出基层人民银行如何应用现有手段支持县域经济发展，另一方面结合新时代的变化与发展提出了新措施、新构想，这对于央行金融监管体系的完善、以及经济持续发展有着积极的意义。
