摘要
沥青路面施工过程中沥青混合料会出现不同程度的离析。为了使用构造深度评价离析,用铺砂法随机测定新(街)—河(口)高速公路面层各层的构造深度,用核密度仪(PQI)测定铺砂点的密度;通过分析空隙率和构造深度间的相互关系,确定以满足施工质量要求的空隙率范围所对应的构造深度,用该构造深度与构造深度均值比的范围大小作为离析评价依据。
Segregations occur during the construction of asphalt pavement to different extent. In order to apply TD to evaluating segregation, the sand patch test has been used to inspect in the surface macro-texture of sub-course, and PQI (Pavement Quality Indicator) tests are conducted at each sand-patch location. Correlation between voids and surface texture ratios is analyzed as the standard of segregation evaluation, in order to satisfy the qualitative requirements of TD corresponding with the range of void ratios.
