摘要 沥青稳定基层耐疲劳性能是柔性基层沥青路面使用寿命的关键影响因素。对5种级配的沥青稳定碎石基层ATB 25混合料进行了控制应力的三分点小梁弯曲疲劳试验;分析了矿料级配、沥青品种对疲劳性能的影响。研究表明:不同级配的沥青稳定基层ATB 25混合料疲劳性能差别不大,说明采用低标号沥青的沥青稳定基层对应力水平变化更敏感。通过试验结果的同归分析并考虑现场修正系数,获得了沥青稳定基层的疲劳方程,可为柔性基层沥青路面结构设计提供参考。 Fatigue performance of asphalt-treated base mixtures is a key influence factor to the service life of asphalt pavement. Five types of ATB 25 asphalt mixtures are tested by the third-point flexure fatigue test of control stress mode. In succession, effects of aggregate gradation and asphalt property on fatigue performance of asphalt-treated base are analyzed. Research shows that it has no obvious differences in fatigue performance of asphalt mixture with different aggregate gradation, which indicates that asphalt treated base adopting lower grade asphalt is more sensitive to variation of stresses. Through the regression analysis of fatigue test results and the consideration of shift factor, the fatigue model of asphalt treated base is obtained. These results can offer reference in asphalt-treated base pavement design.
