摘要 供应链企业内部、竞争环境及企业间多源信息的引入可以有效提升不确定性环境下的供应链需求预测效果。在讨论供应链传统预测方法不足的基础上,论述了供应链协同需求预测的概念,分析了供应链需求预测多源信息的特征及其组成,探讨了需求预测信息融合的3个层次,提出了信息融合的瀑布模型、环状模型以及混合模型,并且分析了信息融合的方法和策略。 Fusion of multi-resource information which comes from inner enterprises, competitive environment and cross the enterprises can improve the effect of demand forecasting in supply chain obviously. The research presents a new theory of collaborative demand forecasting based on the discussion of shortage of traditional demand forecasting methods. The characteristics of multi information and the three layers of fusion which includes data fusion, attribute fusion and decision fusion are analyzed. Three models of information fusion are presented which includes waterfall model, circle model and complex model. The methods and strategies of information fusion are discussed in the end of the research.
