摘要
正确理解并评价人力资源管理对企业所作的战略贡献,首先必须清楚界定人力资源管理效能的内涵及其构成。为此,从战略观视角,提出战略人力资源管理效能的内涵及其特性,在此基础上,分析战略人力资源管理效能构成要素,为有效评价人力资源管理对企业绩效的贡献和企业实施战略人力资源管理提供理论指导。
In order to correctly understand and evaluate the strategic contribution of human resource management for enterprises, it must define the conception and constitutes of effectiveness of human resource management first. So in the paper, it put forward the understanding of the conception and attributes of effectiveness of human resource management from strategic aspect. And then based on that, the paper analysed constitutes of effectiveness of human resource management. Meanwhile, the paper provided theoretic guidelines for evaluating the contribution of strategic human resource management to firm performance and executing the strategic human resource management.
