摘要
在施工中利用钢拱架进行混凝土预制块砌筑拱圈,钢拱架的工作性能直接影响到砌筑拱圈的安全性。利用有限元软件M IDAS,对钢拱架施工的受力状态进行了数值分析。分析结果表明,在主拱圈砌筑的各个节段,钢拱架的应力均满足强度要求。利用钢拱架在山区水深狭谷地形修建圬工拱桥是一种经济的施工方法,克服了搭设满堂支架对施工场地的要求,可供同类工程参考。
Precast concrete blocks are used to build arch ring made by the steel arch centering in the construction. The working performance of steel arch centering influences immediately the security of masonry and building arch ring. The state of steel arch centering under construction loads is analyzed by the finite element software MIDAS. The analysis results indicate that the stress of steel arch centering satisfies the requirements of strength during different stages of casting main arch ring. The construction method of building masonry arch bridge by the steel arch centering in the mountainous area and ravine terrain with deep water is more economical. It overcomes the shortages of full scaffold construction which requires special construction site. These results can be used as references for similar engineering.
