我国低收入灵活就业弱势群体劳动权益保障研究

低收入灵活就业弱势群体的劳动利益诉求存在着极大的共性,片面强调其中的农民工或下岗再就业职工的劳动权益的保护,既是对灵活就业弱势群体中其他劳动者的歧视和伤害,也会对维权资源整合造成不良影响。低收入灵活就业弱势群体劳动权益保障缺乏的成因虽然多样,工会维权以保障其劳动权益的充分实现是弱势劳动者最可倚重的方式之一。文章在对上述问题进行剖析的基础上,从促进改革成果公平分享的视角对这一特殊群体劳动利益诉求及其实现途径进行了有益的审思。

The especial labor rights and interests of the low-income flexible employed vulnerable group provided with great commonness. Partial emPhasize on rural migrant workers or re-employees will do harm to and discriminate against other laborers, as well as obstacle to integration of right-defended resources. Despite the multiple reasons for the lack of their Labor Rights, defending their Labor Rights and Interests by the trade union is one of the most dependable ways. This paper analyzed the questions above and then made considerations on the achievement of their labor rights and interests from the point of equitable distribution of the fruit that we have get from the reform.
