对我国机械工业发展现状及对策的思考

A Study of China's Present Mechanical Industry Development and the Related Measurement that can be Taken

本文说明了机械工业在国民经济中有着重要的地位和作用,分析了我国工业发展在结构方面所存在的诸多问题,提出了相应的对策,即发展我国机械工业必须正确设定发展的基本目标,采用"基础性"的发展战略模式,坚持以提高产业内在素质为根本的发展方针,并正确处理好结构重组、创新、国产化、外部资源利用、扩大出口等问题。

In this paper the author emphersized the importance of the mechanical industry connecting to the national economics, and an analysis to the structure of the industry and its common exsisting problems is given, logically a proposal of measurement to take over those problems is provided, first of all, a datum target in the industry developing should properly be set up in complying with its ＂foundational＂ strategy for development, which is insisting in enhence its quality level of productivity, finally, a solution in promotion of reforming, innovation, localizing of production,international sourcing and encouraging of exportation,and so on should take place.
