针刺配合醋离子导入、刮痧治疗神经根型颈椎病

The effect observation of cervical spondylosis of nerve-rooted type treated with acupuncture plus vinegar ion induction and Guasha along channels

目的:观察针刺配合醋离子导入、循经刮痧治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效。方法:选择神经根型颈椎病病人180例,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组90例。观察组采用针刺加醋离子导入、循经刮痧综合治疗。对照组采用中频电流疗法治疗。结果:观察组显效62例,占68.9%;有效27例,占30%;无效1例,占1.1%,总有效率98.9%。对照组显效14例,占15.6%;有效32例,占35.5%;无效44例,占48.9%,总有效率51.1%。结论:针刺配合醋离子导入,循经刮痧治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效好。

Objective:To observe the effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve-rooted type with acupuncture plus vinegar ion induction and Guasha along channels.Methods:180 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve-rooted type were chosen,and divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,90 cases in each group.Acupuncture,plus vinegar ion induction and Guasha along channels were applied in the observation group.The middle-frequency current therapy was applied in the control group.Results:for the observation group,the treatment is significantly effective in 62 cases,and the percentage is 68.9%;effective in 27 cases,30%;ineffective in 1 case,1.1%.The total effective rate is 98.9%.For the control group:the treatment is significantly effective in 14 cases,15.6%;effective in 32 cases,35.5%;ineffective in 44 cases,48.9%.The total effective rate is 51.1%.Conclusion:Acupuncture,plus vinegar ion induction and Guasha along channels,has a good effect on treating cervical spondylosis of nerve-rooted type.
