睛明穴的临床应用探讨

Clinical application and discussion of Jingming point

睛明穴乃足太阳膀胱经的起始穴,是治疗眼部疾病的效穴,但针刺该穴有一定的危险性,对睛明的针刺深度各医家亦仁智不一。笔者结合自己的临床学习,并检阅1993年-2007年十多年的相关报道,对睛明穴的主治范围、针刺深度及针刺手法做了简要汇总并就相关问题提出了自己的看法,以期对临床有所裨益。

Jingming point is the first point of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang.It has a good effect on ocular region disease,however,acupuncture at Jingming may have a certain degree of risk,the views of needling depth are also various among different medical scientists.In order to figure out these questions, we reviewed the literatures of(1993～)2007,and associated our own clinical study,then summarized the treatment scope,needling depth and acupuncture manipulation of Jingming.At last we put forward our own ideas about these problems,the purpose is to acquire better therapeutic effect in the future.
