Promoting the Development of Hunan Ecological Agriculture and Constructing Ecological Civilization

农业是湖南的主产业,建设创新型湖南要求把湖南农业发展推到一个全新的高度,真正维护好农业生态环境,解决好农业发展问题,把主产业提升为优势产业。大力发展生态农业,是生态文明和创新型湖南建设的双重要求。在建设现代农业的同时,使生态环境得到有效的保护,是保障湖南省农业可持续发展的前提。研究分析了湖南生态农业现状,提出了应从生产方式、基础设施、政策机制等着手,适应农业生态文明建设,全面构筑湖南特色的生态农业发展体系。

Agriculture is the major industry in Hunan province. Constructing innovative Hunan province means to left agriculture to a new level. Solving agricultural development related problems and boost main industry to a superior industry requires the protection of agrieuhural ecological environment. The development of ecological agriculture is the double requirements of constructing ecological civilization and sustainable Hunan province. Protecting ecological environment at the same lime with building modern agriculture is the premise of safeguarding sustainable development of agriculture in Hnnan province. The current situation of ecological agriculture in Hunan province was analyzed in the paper. How to build ecological agriculture system in Hunan province under the demanding of ecological civilization with the solution of mode of production, infrastructure, and policies was proposed.
