文章以江苏"十五"以来农业科技成果创新与转化现状为截面,对江苏农业科技创新潜力进行解剖分析,提出提高农业产业竞争力应重点促进农业科技创新与产业发展的紧密结合,提升农业原始创新能力,建立农业科技创新的体制保障机制,健全农业科技人才保障体系与成果转化体系,推进农业跳跃式创新与渐进式创新相结合,实现农业跨越式发展。

Beginning with researches on the innovation and transformation of agricuhural science ＆ technology achievements during the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the potential ability of agricultural science ＆ technology innovation of Jiangsu province was investigated in the paper. It was pointed out that improving technological competition of agricultural industry, emphasis should be given to promoting the combination of agricultural science ＆ technology innovation and agricultural industry development, strengthening agricuhural original innovation, constructing the guarantee mechanism of agricultural science ＆ technology innovation system, perfecting agricultural science ＆ technology talents safeguarding system and agricuhural science achievements transform system, promoting the combination of leaping mode and gradual mode of agricultural science ＆ technology innovation, and then realizing agricultural span-development in Jiangsu province.
