摘要
以料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度为考察因素,采用单因素实验及正交实验对芝麻饼粕中芝麻素进行提取条件优化的试验。得到的最佳条件为提取时间2 h,提取温度55℃,乙醇浓度93%,料液比1∶6.5(mL/g)。
To observe materiel and liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration,single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize extraction conditions of sesamin in sesame cakes.The best extraction time was 2 hours,extraction temperature was 55℃,ethanol concentration was 93%,materiel and liquid ratio was 1∶6.5(g/mL).
