高效液相法测定^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖放射化学纯度研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过研究流动相浓度、流速对组分保留时间的影响,建立HPLC法测定18F-FDG放化纯度的条件:85%的乙腈为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果表明:18F-的参考保留时间为6.3min,18F-FDG为9.1 min,18F-FDG的放化纯度>98%。 This paper established analytical methods of measurement of radiochemistry of ^18F-FDG by researching on effect of the mobile phase concentration and velocity on the retention time.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water(85∶15),the velocity of flow was 1.0 mL/min.The results showed that the retention time of ^18F-was 6.3 min,and ^18F-FDG 9.1 min.The radiochemistry of ^18F-FDG was above 98%.
