摘要 目的:探讨三拗汤加味方各组方药材组成复方后挥发油的组成成分变化。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取三拗汤加味及其组方药材麻黄、苦杏仁和细辛的挥发油,并通过GC-MS联用技术对其进行分析鉴定和比较研究。结果:三拗汤加味挥发油的GC-MSTIC化学信号主要来源于组方药材麻黄和细辛的贡献,但是也发现单味药材麻黄、苦杏仁和细辛中一些化学信号于复方三拗汤中未检测到。结论:利用GC-MS比较分析方法研究三拗汤加味方各组方药材组成复方后挥发性成分的变化,为揭示其效应物质基础和配伍机制奠定基础。 Aim: To evaluate the correlation in volatile components between San-ao decoction with Radix Asari and its major constituting herbs. Methods: The chemical compositions of essential oils, obtained by stream distillation of San-ao decoction with Radix Asari and its major constituting herbs ( Herba Ephedrae, Semen Armeniacae amarum and Radix Asari), were analyzed by GC-MS. Results: The volatile components of San-ao decoction with Radix Asari were found to be derived mainly from Herba Ephedrae and Radix Asari.
