A new preparative method of human chorionic gonadotropin with high titer

目的:研究制备高效价人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的新方法。方法:运用组合利凡诺沉淀法和BaCO3吸附法纯化低效价HCG。结果:该法可将效价约为3000IU/mg的HCG纯化为效价为8000IU/mg左右的高效价HCG,平均活性回收率为63.81%。结论:该方法简便,成本低,便于实际推广。

Aim： To improve the purification method of human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG） with high titer. Methods： Combinative application of rivanol precipitation method and BaCO3 adsorptive process was used to purify HCG of low titer. Results： The proposed method allowed the purification of HCG of 3 000 IU/mg to 8 000 IU/mg. The average recovery of biological activity was found to be 63.81%. Conclusion： This method is simple, low-cost and practical.
