摘要
用不同浓度的GA3、IAA、6-BA溶液分别对百合种球进行植前浸泡处理,观测其对百合发芽、生长、发育和切花品质的影响效应。结果表明:3种激素中,以GA3100处理的出苗效果最好且平均花茎数最多;以6-BA200 mg/kg处理的单株展叶数最多;而IAA100 mg/kg处理平均花朵数最多且平均株高与花苞长度最长。从切花综合品质看,以IAA100的促进效应最佳。
Before being planted,Lilium longiflorum were surged with GAa, IAA, 6-BA of different concentration respectively. The average germination rate, stem height, leaves' total, flowes' total and length of flower buds was statistieed during its growth. The results showed that GA3 (100 mg/kg)had the best effect on the germination and flower stems' total ~ IAA(100 mg/kg) had the best elect on the stem height ; 6-BA had the best elect on the leaves' total,The whole efect of IAA(100 mg/kg)was the best among all treatments.
