摘要
在我国人口老龄化程度加剧,养老需求日益多样化的背景下,新型老年公寓浮出水面。通过对上海新型老年公寓——"亲和源"老年公寓规划设计的调研分析,从老年生理特点及老年心理学的视角,对新型老年公寓的若干问题作了有益的探讨。
With the aggravation of population aging and increasing diversification of being supported, new senior citizen＇s apartment emerges. The article, through investigation and study on the planning and designing of new type senior citizen＇s apartment in Shanghai- Cherish Yearn senior citizen＇s apartment and from the perspectives of the physiological features of senior citizens and psychology of aging, makes some helpful exploration on several problems of new senior citizen＇s apartment.
