围术期全程护理干预对外科手术患者的影响

Influences of Whole Course Nursing Intervention on Patients during Peri-operation

目的探讨术前及术后护理干预对手术患者心理和行为的影响。方法将100例择期手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组除采用常规护理外,护士施行全程护理干预,包括术前术后的心理疏导。比较两组术前焦虑,血压,心率及围术期患者配合程度,术后患者对护理满意度。结果观察组患者手术前心率和血压波动范围小于对照组(P<0.05),两组围术期配合程度有明显差异(P<0.01),观察组无一例因手术护理不到位而致患者不满足。结论全程护理干预可以提高手术护理质量,提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the influences of nursing intervention before and after operation on the mentality and the behavior of the patients. Methods A total of 100 patients, on whom elective operation would be performed, were divided into tial group and control group （n = 50 in each group） at random. The tial group received nursing intervention including mental guidance before and after operation in the whole course in addition to routine nursing which was administered to the control group. The indexes, such as anxiety, blood pressure, heart rate, peri-operative cooperation and postoperative satisfaction with nursing, were compared between the two groups. Results The fluctuation in heart rate and blood pressure was smaller in the tial group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was also a significant difference in peri-operative cooperation between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. None felt dissatisfied due to nursing insufficiency in tial group. Conclusion Operative nursing quality can be improved by whole course nursing intervention which contributes to success in surgical operation.
