Pathology Analysis and Defence of Wrist Joint of Pommelled Horse Atheletes

通过对鞍马运动员的腕部骨与关节的病理学分析,发现其病理表现的一些类型及特点,诊断出鞍马运动员病变征象主要表现为腕部骨骺异常、骨质增生、骨折等,这些变化与运动员的年龄、运动史、运动项目特点等有密切联系,从而为教练员科学制定训练计划和队医进行医务监督提供依据。

This paper analyses the pathology signs of wrist joint of pommelled horse atheletes and discusses the pattern and the features of thepathology signs. Methods： The pathology features of wrist joint of 44 pommelled horse atheletes were studied. All of the analyses are based on the conventional pathology film. Results： The common pathology signs of wrist joint of 44 pommelled horse atheletes： （1） abnormal osteoepiphysisi （2）osteophyte formation at ulna or radial（3）carpale fracture.
