摘要
具备课程资源开发与利用的能力是新课程对教师的新要求,但我省教师在面对这一新要求上还存在各种问题,如认识不足、能力欠缺、方法单一、外部环境欠佳等。本文对此进行分析并提出尝试性解决策略,以建立课程资源开发与利用的教育共同体。
The ability of exploitation and utilization the curriculum-resources is the request of new curriculum for teacher. But in our province, teachers have some difficulties in meeting the request, for example, the deficiency of understanding, lacking of ability, the singleness of exploitation ways and the exterior enviroument improvement. Therefore, this paper tries to bring forward some strategies to set up the educational community.
