摘要 结合连续多点成形的基本原理描述了其成形特征.建立了成形球形件的有限元模型,探讨了板材在连续多点成形过程中不同区域的应力应变情况,模拟了球形件在成形过程中的等效应力场和塑性应变场,并对其分布情况进行了分析,从双向弯曲的角度模拟了板材在加载区域的应力场和应变场分布,对模拟结果进行了分析.应力应变场的模拟结果与弯曲变形时应力应变状态吻合.通过对应力场和应变场的数值分析可以清晰观察板材的成形状态,从而制定出可靠的成形工艺. The forming characteristics of continuous multi-point forming are described through their very principles. FEA model of spherical surface is established. The stress and strain states in different zones of forming process are discussed. Spherical surface equivalent stress field and plastic strain field in the forming process are simulated and analysed. Sheet metal's stress and strain field in the load zone are simulated from the aspect of bidirectional bending. The simulation results are analysed in detail. The simulation results are seen to be in accord with the stress and strain states in bend forming. The forming state of sheet metal can be observed clearly through the numerical analysis of stress and strain fields and dependable forming schedules can be set up.
