摘要
在气动系统的充放气过程中,传热对系统的状态变化的影响很复杂。建立了考虑传热时该系统的数学模型,在实验和理论分析的基础上,提出了一个传热系数的模型及其测定方法,并用实验验证了它的准确性。最后分析了传热系数对系统状态参数的影响。
In the charging and discharging process in pneumatic systems, the effect of heat transfer on the variance of the system's state is very complex, and it is not solved completely till now., In this paper, the mathematical model considering the effect of heat transfer is founded. On the basis of experiment and theoretical analysis, a model of the overall coefficient of heat transfer is proposed and the determination method of its parameters is given. The correctness of this model is verified by experiments, The effect of the overall coefficient of heat trantsfer on the system's state is analyzed.
