摘要
通过对圆盘式疏水阀在正常运行与泄漏工况的热力分析,确定两种工况下入口与出口的压降变化,从而确定出口位置压力的大小。据此在疏水阀出口的位置上安装一个依靠压力变化而使报警触发线产生动作,实现发声报警的报警装置,以判别疏水阀运行状态。
In this paper, the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the shemostatic steam trap was determined through thermal analysis in the working station and leak case, and then the pressure in the outlet was determined. Based on this, a alarm device, which works according to the pressure fluctuation and gives an alarm by sounding in the abnormal conditions, was installed in the outlet to monitor the operating condition.
