摘要
颗粒增强金属基复合材料拥有比强度高、比模量高、膨胀系数低、耐磨性良好等良好的物理性能,但是由于其特殊的组织结构,导致其加工性能较差。本文从其加工表面质量方面综述了国内外颗粒增强金属基复合材料加工技术的进展情况,从传统加工和特种加工两个方面分析了几种加工颗粒增强金属基复合材料常用的加工方法,并指出当前存在的问题和不足。
Particle reinforced metal matrix composites(PRMMCs)possess excellent mechanical properties such as low density and very hght weight with high strength, hardness and stiffness and good high wear and corrosion resistances, but its machining property is rather bad because of its specific structure. In this paper, the developing situations of machining quality for machining technology of PRMMCs are reviewed, and some machining processes for PRMMCs are analyzed from conventional machining processes and non-conventional machining processes. Also, the existing questions and deficiency are indicated.
