摘要
基于啮合原理,本文在同一坐标系中推导了直廓和平面包络环面蜗杆的齿面方程。同时结合齿轮测量中心的测量方式和环面蜗杆的特点,确定了对环面蜗杆误差项目的测量方法,并分析了测量时的运动控制策略。在此基础上利用Vc++开发环面蜗杆测量软件,从而实现环面蜗杆的自动测量。
According to the classical space meshing theory, we have strictly deduced the real tooth surface equations of straight line enveloping worm and planar double enveloping worm in the same coordinate. At the same time, combine with the measure method of gear measuring center and the character of hourglass worm the method of error measurement is fixed. And further, the control strategy is analyzed. Based on above analysis the measurement software can be developed by using Vc + + .
