摘要 在现有CAD系统的基础上,开发一面向机器人装配的并行设计系统。在此系统中,计算机辅助装配工艺规划和面向装配的设计成为产品设计过程的组成部分。 Based on the existing CAD system, the robotic assembly-oriented concurrent design sys- tem has been developed. In the system, CAAPP (computer aided assembly process planning) and DFA (design for assembly) become parts of a design procedure. Because the strategy for real-time evaluating product assemblability at each stage of a design procedure has been used, it has been realized for DFA to support a design procedure. In addition, an algorithm to optimize assembly sequence during the design process is presented .
