摘要
通过对H型钢矫直过程中的金相组织、矫直压力大小对轧件产生的残余变形与残余应力的分析,以及轧制过程与冷却过程对矫直的影响,从而找出H型钢矫裂的原因。
In this paper, the micro structrue during the strightering, effect of strightening pressure on residual deformation and stress of rolled piece was analyzed and effect of rolling and cooling process on strightening was analyzed to find the crack reason of H section steel.
