Supervisory Control System of Highway Tunnel Fan / Fire Doors Based on Configuration Software

在分析了高速公路隧道监控系统功能需要的基础上,利用组态软件的强大人机接口界面、监控和数据采集功能,开发了一个功能全面的隧道监控系统.系统上位机采用力控PCAuto6.0组态软件开发界面,下位机用PLC采集数据和就地控制,实现了实时显示、异常报警、报警查询、历史数据等功能.该监控系统达到了预期要求,并取得了良好的监控效果.

Based on the analysis of the function of Highway Tunnel Monitoring System, using the powerful HMI and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition function of configuration software, a supervisory system with full function is develped. The upper computer uses PCAuto 6.0 to develop the HMI, while the lower computer uses PLC for data acquisition and local control. It realizes the real time display, the alarm inquiry and the historical data function and so on. The result of experimentation demonstrates that this supervisory control system is effective.
