江西省肺结核病人规范化管理对病人发现作用的探讨

目的探讨江西省肺结核病人规范化管理工作对涂阳病人的发现作用。方法对全省11个设区市在《江西省肺结核病人规范化管理办法(试行)》(《办法》)实施前后的季报资料进行对照分析。结果(1)《办法》实施后咳嗽、咳痰<3周或咯血的可疑症状者比实施前查痰人数明显增加、涂阳病人明显增多,《办法》实施后(2005、2006年)与《办法》实施前(2004年)相比,查痰人数增长率分别为117.0%和83.8%,涂阳病人增长率分别为159.9%和175.1%。(2)《办法》实施后咳嗽、咳痰3周以上或咯血的可疑症状者比《办法》实施前查痰人数明显增加、涂阳病人明显增多,查痰人数增长率分别为134.1%和88.5%,涂阳病人增长率分别为180.0%和192.3%。(3)《办法》实施后国家下达的新发涂阳任务完成率比实施前明显提高,《办法》实施前(2004年)仅完成任务的44.53%(6 198/13 920),《办法》实施后(2005、2006年)任务完成率分别为114.12%(18 739/16 420)和130.83%(21 480/16 420)。结论《办法》是科学的、经济的,是能够提高涂阳肺结核病人发现的一种有效模式。

Objective To explore the effect of Jiangxi Province pulmonary tuberculosis patient standardization on supervisory work to spread the positive patient＇s discovery function. Methods Through supposes the area city to entire province 11 around ＂The pulmonary tuberculosis is save in Jiangxi patient way of management（try out）＂ （＂Means＂） implement the quarterly report material to carry on the check analysis. Results （1）＂Means＂ implement, coughs, the expectorate is shorter than 3 week or the hemoptysis suspicious symptom looks up the phlegm population compared to before the implementation to inerease, to spread the positive patient obviously to increase obviously, before after implementation in 2005, in 2006 and implementation in 2004 compared, looks up the phlegm population rate of increment respectively was 117.0% and 83.8%; Spreads the positive patient rates of increment respectively were 159. 9% and 175. 1%. （2） ＂Means＂ implement, coughs, above expectorate for 3 weeks or the hemoptysis suspicious symptoms looks up the phlegm population compared to before the implementation to increase, to spread the positive tively were obvious patient to increase, looks up the phlegm population rates of increment respecly 134.1% and 88.5%; Spreads the positive patient rates of increment respectively were 180. 0% and 192.3%. （3） ＂Means＂ implement, national issuing sent newly spreads the positive duty finish rate compared to before the implementation the distinct enhancement, before implementation in 2004 only completes the task 44.53% （6 198/13 920）, after implementation in 2005 and in 2006 the duty finish rate respectively is 114.12%（18 739/16 420） sum with 130.83%（21 480/16 420）. Conclusion ＂Means＂ are scientific, the economy can enhance spreads one kind of effective pattern which the positive pulmonary tuberculosis patient discovered.
