转型高职院校教师队伍建设的思考

Reflections on the Faculty Team Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Transformation Period

师资队伍建设是提高高职院校教育水平,形成高职教育办学特色的关键。加强高职教师队伍建设研究,对中专升格转型的高职院校来说,尤为重要。本文从分析转型高职院校教师队伍现状入手,提出解决转型高职院校教师队伍建设的几点建议。

The Construction of faculty team is the key to raising the educational level in higher vocational colleges and forming the school-rtmning characteristics. Strengthening the research on the faculty team construction is especially important for secondary specialized schools to upgrade and transform into higher vocational colleges. This paper gives＇some suggestions on the faculty team construction in colleges based on an analysis of the present situation of teachers in higher vocational colleges in the transformation period.
