高校困难学生资助体系透析

A Thorough Analysis of the Subsidizing System for poverty-stricken Students in Universities

随着我国高等教育收费制度改革和扩招政策的实施,高校困难学生问题日益突出。为了解决困难学生的生活学习问题,国家已逐步建立起了"奖、贷、助、补、减、免"和"绿色通道"等一系列资助体系。各学校应结合多年从事学生工作的经验,从政策法规、机制完善、配套措施等方面对我国现行困难学生资助体系实施相应的配套措施。

With the reform of tuition system and implementation of the enlarged enrollment policy in China＇ s higher education, the problem of poverty-stricken students in universities is becoming increasingly apparent. For solving the needy students＇ problems concerning life and study, our country has gradually set up a series of subsidizing systems ,including ＂award, loan, aid, addition, reduction, remission＂ and ＂green channels＂. Each school should, in combination with years＇ working experience, come up with supporting measures in terms of laws of policy and mechanism improvement.
