高校体操课程立体教学方案的运用

摘要 运用立体教学方案对西南大学体育学院体育教育专业2005级男生1、2班进行了为期36周共72教学学时的教学实验,结果发现:运用立体教学能优化体操课程结构,提高教师教学素养,培养学生辩证思维能力和创新能力,保证了体操课程的教学质量. Through using the method of experimental comparison, literature review, logical analysis on the stereoscopic teaching project, this paper makes an experimental comparison research for the period of 36 weeks (72 teaching hours) on the P. E. -majored male students, Grade 2005, Class 1 and 2, of the College of Physical Education of Southwest University. The result shows that, using the Stereoscopic Teaching Project is effective for optimizing the structure of gymnastics courses, improving teaching quality of teachers; cultivating students' ability of dialectical thinking and ensuring the quality of gymnastics courses.
